Every competition runs in 10-week Blocks. Spend 100 PF Points to create or join a group. Need PF Points? Buy them here for a 15% discount, ($1 = 1 PF Point) or as an in-app purchase. Don’t worry - you earn them back (and potentially more) by hitting your goals.
Create your own group and invite your friends or join someone else's with a defined weekly goal (ex. 4 workouts per week, minimum 15 mins each).

Stay consistent! Log your progress in the app and build the habit week by week. The app makes it easy to see how you and others in your group are doing in your competition.

Every week you succeed, you earn at least 10 PF Points back. Miss a week? Your 10 PF Points go into a shared pool and are split among everyone who succeeded.
Your PF Points can be redeemed as a gift card (20 PF Points minimum) at face value or used to create or join your next group. The more consistent you are, the more you earn. With over 200 of the most popular stores and 50 charities to choose from, you can be rewarded however you want.
